Created from hybridization.
Created at Chong Lee Nursery in Malaysia, where worker Wawan Santoso developed this hybrid between 2001 and 2016. He crossed Alocasia sinuata with Alocasia alba and named it after his wife Luki Ani (Luki) and himself (Wan).
